Ingredients:
- 200 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)
- 150 g crackers
- 100 g cured ham
- 1 dl hummus
- 1 dl salsa
- 1 dl roasted nuts
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the cheese into cubes and arrange them on a serving platter.
2. Place the crackers next to the cheese.
3. Roll the cured ham into strips and add them to the platter.
4. Pour the hummus and salsa into small bowls and set them on the platter.
5. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper into strips and arrange them on the platter.
6. Sprinkle the roasted nuts over the platter.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
