Crispy and delicious French fries, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin strips.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
3. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
5. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through the cooking time.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
