A refreshing and delicious finger food perfect for a Halloween evening.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 tacos

Ingredients:

- Fish Ceviche:
- 400 g white fish fillet
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp finely chopped spicy chili
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- Sautéed Shrimp:
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Others:
- 12 taco shells
- Guacamole
- Lettuce
- Crème fraîche

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fish Ceviche: Cut the fish fillets into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add lime zest and juice, sea salt, black pepper, chili, red onion, and coriander. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
2. Sauté the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for a moment. Add the shrimp and cook until done, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the Tacos: Lightly warm the taco shells. In each taco shell, add a base of lettuce, then top with fish ceviche, sautéed shrimp, guacamole, and finish with crème fraîche.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
