Ingredients:
- 400 g frozen shrimp - 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are heated through.
5. Pour in the cream and tomato sauce, seasoning with curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
6. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
7. Serve the shrimp dish garnished with fresh parsley. It pairs well with rice or pasta.
