Serving Size: 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 sandwich rolls or slices of bread- 200 g pulled pork
- 50 g ham
- 100 g cheese (e.g., cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Butter (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.2. Cook the pulled pork in the skillet for a few minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place one slice of bread or sandwich roll in the skillet, then layer on the pulled pork, ham, cheese slices, and tomato slices.
4. Spread mayonnaise on the other slice of bread and place it on top of the filling.
5. Fry the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
