Ingredients

- 1 bag shredded cheese
- 10 slices American bacon
- 6 tablespoons chive cream cheese
- 1 small cauliflower
- ½ bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets.
3. Slice the bell pepper, tomatoes, and zucchini.
4. Place the sliced zucchini in a baking dish.
5. Add the cauliflower, bell pepper, and tomatoes to the dish.
6. Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until crispy, then layer them over the vegetables.
7. Spoon the chive cream cheese over the vegetables and bacon.
8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
9. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
