Ingredients:
- 400 g cooked chicken (e.g., grilled or boiled)
- 150 g mixed salad greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken into strips or cubes and place it in a bowl.
2. Rinse and chop the mixed salad greens, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the chicken.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
