A refreshing and delicious option that transports you straight to the sunny shores of Greece. This salad is perfect as a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 60 ml olive oil
- 15 ml red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh oregano or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dice the tomatoes into cubes.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
3. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings.
4. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
5. Add the crumbled feta cheese and black olives.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and red wine vinegar, then pour it over the salad.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
8. Garnish with fresh oregano or parsley before serving.
