Ingredients:

- 700 g ground beef
- 800 g tomato sauce (about 2 cans)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Herbs (like oregano or basil) to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the long-grain rice according to the package instructions.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
4. Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it thoroughly.
5. Pour the tomato sauce into the beef mixture and stir well.
