Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne) - 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g olives (black or green)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. 2. Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, vegetables, feta cheese, and olives.
