Ingredients:
- 500 g duck meat
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 dl soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Cut the duck meat into small pieces.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, and water to the spice mixture. Stir well to combine.
4. Place the duck pieces in the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the duck pieces with the marinade. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and beautifully browned.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
