Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Cook the chicken fillets in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4. Add crushed garlic, sliced bell peppers, and red onion to the skillet. Sauté for another 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in feta cheese and balsamic vinegar. Stir well.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
