Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well to ensure the seasonings coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the potatoes at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through baking.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
