A delicious Vinkkeli-style beef dish served with green beans and lemony potatoes.

Ingredients:
- 400 g beef (such as entrecôte)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300 g green beans
- 200 g potatoes
- 50 g butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
3. Cook the beef in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove the beef from the pan and let it rest.
4. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
5. Steam the green beans lightly until bright green but still crisp.
6. Mix the boiled potatoes with butter and lemon juice.
7. Serve the beef alongside the green beans and lemon-seasoned potatoes.
