Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g green beans
- 200 ml green peas
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the green beans and peas. Dice the zucchini and slice the onion into thin rings.
2. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes. Add the peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Drain well.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the red onion. Sauté the onion for a few minutes until it softens.
4. Add the zucchini cubes to the pan and sauté until they are golden brown.
5. Combine the green beans, peas, and zucchini in the pan. Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley.
