Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 2.5 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
4. Pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired portion sizes.
5. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup or berries.
