Ingredients:
- 1 organic grapefruit
- 1 small organic avocado
- 200 g frozen shrimp
- 1 small chives
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and segment the grapefruit. Remove seeds and place the segments in a bowl.
2. Cook the frozen shrimp according to package instructions and add them to the bowl with the grapefruit segments.
3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the bowl. Gently mix.
4. Chop the chives and add them to the mixture. Season with black pepper to taste.
5. Serve on top of salad leaves or enjoy as is.
