Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or perch)
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley)
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and add the minced garlic.
3. Add the fresh fish to the pan, season with salt and black pepper. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Pour the cream and lemon juice over the fish in the pan. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Drain the boiled potatoes and serve them alongside the fish.
6. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
