Ingredients:
- 600 g salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 packet potato-onion mix
- Additional salt to taste
- A bunch of fresh dill
- 200-300 ml heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and squeeze lemon juice over it. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Evenly sprinkle the potato-onion mix over the salmon fillet.
4. Pour the heavy cream over the fish.
5. Sprinkle fresh dill on top of the salmon and cream mixture.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the cream has turned a lovely color.
7. Serve warm, for example, with potatoes or a salad.
