Ingredients:
- Phyllo dough
- Shrimp
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Coriander
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked.
3. Season the mixture with soy sauce, coriander, black pepper, and salt.
4. Cut the phyllo dough into suitable sizes and brush them with oil.
5. Place the dough pieces in a muffin tin or individual pie dishes.
6. Fill the pastry bases with the shrimp mixture.
7. Cover the filling with another piece of phyllo dough and brush the top with oil.
8. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the pies are golden brown.
9. Serve warm.
