Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugars and egg until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted butter and vanilla sugar to the mixture, and mix well.
4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into another bowl. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
5. Fold in the chopped chocolate until evenly distributed in the dough.
6. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
