Ingredients:

- 2 avocados
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- Fresh basil

Instructions:
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
2. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and mash the flesh with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Poach the eggs to your desired doneness (about 6-8 minutes for medium).
4. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
5. Crumble the feta cheese.
6. Spread the avocado mash over the toasted bread.
7. Top with the poached eggs, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
