Serving size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and oregano. Adjust seasonings to taste.
3. Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes until they are beautifully browned and cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or pasta.
