Ingredients:
- 2 eggs - 6 cups milk
- 1 package instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup melted butter
- About ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil water in a pot and add the instant mashed potato flakes, following the package instructions.2. Stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them. Add the eggs to the potato mixture.
4. Mix in the all-purpose flour, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
