A delightful combination of a crunchy cookie cup, creamy vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, and chocolate sauce. The perfect dessert for summer gatherings or a cozy evening.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes (cookie cups can be made the day before)
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 l creamy Madagascar vanilla ice cream
- 2 dl fresh berries (such as strawberries and blueberries)
- 100 g chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
4. Place the dough into muffin tins or cookie cup molds. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cups are golden brown.
5. Allow the cookie cups to cool before removing them from the molds.
6. Fill the cooled cookie cups with Madagascar vanilla ice cream.
7. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
