A delicious and moist berry pie that brings back memories of grandma's kitchen, made with fresh berries.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 pieces

Ingredients

- 150 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl berries (e.g. blueberries or lingonberries)

Instructions

1. Melt the butter and allow it to cool.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and egg.
3. Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
6. Spread the dough into a greased pie dish.
7. Evenly distribute the berries over the top of the dough.
8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the pie is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
