Ingredients:
- 200 g pre-made pie crust
- 400 g mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (optional)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla sugar together.
4. Pour the berry mixture evenly over the pie crust.
5. Brush the top of the pie with the beaten egg.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
