A refreshing and easy-to-make salad, perfect for summer days. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Serving size: 4.
Ingredients:
- 100 g green lettuce (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 50 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or pine nuts)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and tear the lettuce into a bowl.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber, then add it to the lettuce.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad.
4. Peel and slice the avocado, then add it to the mix.
5. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad.
6. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad.
7. Add the nuts to the salad.
8. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper.
9. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss before serving.
