*Simple and delicious pasta dish with garlic and olive oil*

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing until the garlic is golden brown but not burnt.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing well to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a little of the reserved pasta water.
6. Season with salt to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
