A delightful seafood gratin featuring the flavors of lobster and shellfish. This dish can be prepared in advance and heated before serving, making it a great option for parties or dinner gatherings.

Ingredients:

- 200 g cooked lobster, diced
- 200 g shellfish (e.g., scallops, peeled)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., Emmental or Gruyère)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl breadcrumbs

Instructions:

1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
2. Add the diced lobster and shellfish to the skillet, mix well, and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the cream and milk, stir, and heat until the mixture starts to bubble. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the grated cheese and parsley.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the gratin.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
Serve the seafood gratin with fresh bread for a delightful meal!
