Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chicken breast fillets. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
4. Add the onion and garlic to the pan, continuing to sauté until they are soft.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the sauce. Stir until the cheese has melted.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh basil.
