Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (white or dark)
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to whisk.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then add to the batter.
4. Melt the chocolate and stir it into the batter.
5. Add the chopped nuts to the batter and mix well.
6. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.
7. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
