Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (175°C for fan ovens).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
