Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta of your choice - 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat well with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
