A delicious and moist banana cake perfect for dessert or a snack. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Serving Size: 8 slices
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 dl flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3. Add sugar and melted butter to the mashed bananas, mixing well.
4. Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir until smooth.
5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
7. If using nuts, fold them in last.
8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
9. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
10. Allow to cool before serving.
