A delicious and hearty veggie pizza perfect for weekend indulgence, full of vegetables and flavors, and easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pizza crust
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 100 g spinach
- 100 g olives
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Slice the mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini, then place them evenly on top of the sauce.
4. Add the spinach and olives on top.
5. Grate the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza.
6. Season the pizza with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
7. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
8. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a moment before serving.
