Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 250 g pizza flour - 150 ml water
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ham
- 100 g mushrooms
- 50 g salami
- Oregano to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: pizza flour, dry yeast, and salt. 2. Add water and olive oil to the mixture and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
4. Roll out the dough into two circles and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
6. Top with sliced mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, and salami.
7. Sprinkle oregano on top to taste.
8. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
