A delicious peach prosciutto pizza that perfectly combines sweet and savory flavors. Ideal for summer dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients:

- Pizza dough (according to your recipe)
- 1 dl balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ dl olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 1 package (about 8-10 slices) prosciutto
- ½ package ricotta cheese
- 1-2 packages mozzarella, torn
- 1½ dl grated Emmental cheese
- 2 peaches, sliced
- ½ bunch basil, chopped

Instructions:

1. Prepare the pizza dough according to your recipe.
2. In a saucepan, simmer balsamic vinegar and honey for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool.
3. Mix olive oil and minced garlic, and let it infuse for a moment.
4. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the dough with garlic oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
5. Lay the slices of prosciutto on top of the dough. Spoon dollops of ricotta and scatter the torn mozzarella evenly.
6. Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese over the top and add the sliced peaches. Drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
7. Bake in a high-temperature oven for about 15-20 minutes.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with balsamic honey. Top with chopped basil and serve immediately.
