A delicious Kotzonen avocado pizza featuring grilled chicken, feta, and a refreshing garlic sauce. Perfect for summer indulgences! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pizza base (rye or your favorite)- 200 g grilled chicken
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 dl mixed green salad
- 2 tbsp garlic sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven according to the package instructions.2. Prepare the pizza base and place it on a baking tray.
3. Slice the avocado and crumble the feta cheese.
4. Spread the grilled chicken evenly over the pizza base.
5. Add the avocado slices and crumbled feta on top of the chicken.
6. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the base is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with the mixed green salad.
8. Drizzle garlic sauce over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
9. Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
