This quick pizza dough is the perfect solution when you crave delicious homemade pizza in under an hour. Easy to prepare and tasty! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: Makes one pizza base
Ingredients:
- 2 dl water
- 1 packet of dry yeast (about 7 g)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Warm the water until it's lukewarm and pour it into a bowl.
2. Add the dry yeast and sugar to the water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it forms a frothy layer.
3. Stir in the salt, all-purpose flour, and olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth.
4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough to your desired pizza size.
7. Add your favorite toppings and bake in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 12-15 minutes.
