A classic Italian delight that offers a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and flavors. This recipe is easy to make at home and is great for a pizza night.

Serving Size: 2 pizzas

Ingredients:

- 250 g pizza flour
- 150 ml water
- 5 g salt
- 5 g sugar
- 5 g dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine pizza flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
2. Add water and olive oil to the mixture. Knead the dough by hand or using a stand mixer for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (or as hot as possible).
5. Roll out the risen dough into two circles on a baking paper.
6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough base.
7. Slice the mozzarella cheese and place the pieces on top of the tomato sauce.
8. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the pizza to taste.
9. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
10. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
