A delightful pizza inspired by the flavors of Oulu, perfect for making at home.

Serving Size: 2 pizzas

Ingredients:

- 250 g pizza flour
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 packet dry yeast
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ham
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 g salami
- Oregano for seasoning

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add water and olive oil. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Roll out the dough into two thin pizza bases.
6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the bases.
7. Top with mozzarella cheese, ham, mushrooms, and salami.
8. Sprinkle oregano on top.
9. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
10. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a moment before serving.
