Ingredients:

- Oven Rice Pudding:
- 2 dl rice for porridge
- 1 l milk
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 almond
- Cold Smoked Salmon and Smoked Vendace:
- 200 g cold smoked salmon
- 100 g smoked vendace
- Christmas Herring:
- 2 jars of Christmas herring
- Herring Salad:
- 200 g Baltic herring
- 100 g potatoes
- 100 g carrots
- 1 dl horseradish cream
- Liver Pâté:
- 300 g liver pâté
- Fresh rosemary
- Peppercorns for garnish
- Carrot Casserole:
- 500 g carrots
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- Swede Casserole:
- 500 g swedes
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- Christmas Ham:
- 1 kg Christmas ham
- Cloves for garnish
- Christmas Bread:
- 1 loaf of Christmas bread
- Butter
- Cold smoked salmon or Christmas ham
- Christmas mustard

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Oven Rice Pudding: Cook the rice in milk with sugar and salt until tender. Add the almond and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 175 °C for about 1 hour.
2. Fish: Arrange the cold smoked salmon and smoked vendace on a serving platter.
3. Christmas Herring: Open the jars and serve the herring separately.
4. Herring Salad: Boil the potatoes and carrots. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
5. Liver Pâté: Garnish the liver pâté with fresh rosemary and peppercorns.
6. Carrot Casserole: Mash the cooked carrots and mix with cream, syrup, salt, and eggs. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 175 °C for about 45 minutes.
7. Swede Casserole: Repeat the process with the swedes and bake.
8. Christmas Ham: Roast the Christmas ham and garnish with cloves.
9. Christmas Bread: Slice the bread and serve with butter, fish, and Christmas mustard.
10. Serve: Arrange all the dishes beautifully on the table and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
