Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 2 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 200 g whipped cream
- 2 dl fresh berries (e.g., strawberries and blueberries)
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake in the oven for about 30–35 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through. Check doneness with a toothpick.
6. Allow the cake to cool before inverting it onto a serving platter.
7. Whip the cream and spread it over the cooled cake. Decorate with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
