A delightful pasta dish that perfectly combines ham and cheese, ideal for a weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 150 g ham (diced)
- 200 g cheese (such as cheddar or gouda, grated)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
3. Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown.
4. Pour in the cream and milk, stirring well and heating through.
5. Add the grated cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
