Ingredients:
- 800 g prepared sweet potato puree
- 2 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Salt to taste
- Butter for greasing the baking dish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sweet potato puree, cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
