A delicious baked dish combining the flavors of chicken, creamy cheese, and the softness of potatoes. Perfect for everyday meals or weekend indulgence.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 chili pepper of your choice
- Coarse black pepper to taste
- 1 large red onion
- 750 g frozen cheese cream potatoes
- Olive oil and butter for frying
- 1/2 bell pepper
- Curry powder to taste
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken or broiler
- 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Peel and chop the red onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper and chili into small pieces.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the red onion, garlic, bell pepper, and chili. Sauté until the onions are soft.
4. Add the honey-marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
5. Season the mixture with curry powder and coarse black pepper.
6. In a baking dish, place a layer of cheese cream potatoes at the bottom. Add the chicken mixture on top and repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
7. Top the final layer with cheese cream potatoes. You can sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
