A delicious and hearty baked dish that combines feta cheese, vegetables, and potatoes, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
- 180 g feta cheese, cubed - 1-2 bell peppers, sliced
- 250 g zucchini, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp Mediterranean spice mix
- 700 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 100 g olives, sliced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 200 ml cooking cream (lactose-free or regular)
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is beautifully golden brown.
5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
