Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 dl cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or thyme) for garnish
- Bread for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the feta cheese in an oven-safe dish.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes around the feta cheese.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the entire dish.
5. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the feta and tomatoes.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are slightly browned.
7. Remove the dish from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs.
8. Serve warm with bread.
