- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g ruby chocolate (or white chocolate dyed with beetroot juice or red food coloring)
- Nonpareils, sprinkles, chocolate hearts
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark and ruby chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. If using the microwave, stir the chocolate frequently to prevent burning.
2. If using white chocolate, dye it pink.
3. Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly onto a piece of parchment paper to form a flat layer.
4. Spoon the ruby chocolate over the dark chocolate and use a toothpick to create swirls.
5. Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the chocolate layer.
6. Place the chocolate bar in a cool area to set.
